Best hostel, awesome vibe awesome service. Stayed two nights at dorms and one night in apartment. Amazing view, very clean, and breakfast is absolutely fine. The woman in the front desk is amazing, will never forget her. Laundry service is very recommended. The vibe in the shared flat is the best Thanks so much!

Sacamos una sola noche como transición ya que el vuelo lo teníamos de madrugada. Fue una experiencia horrible. Principalmente por el baño, que no solo no fue higiénico sino que era muy chico, con cortinas sucias. La verdad, horror. Pedimos habitación con cama doble y nos dieron habitación con dos camas chiquitas separadas. No ponemos 1 sola estrella porque la recepción era bastante linda con un Pool que ayuda a pasar el tiempo hasta el checkin pero no repetiríamos bajo ningún punto de vista. Una pena.

Hotel muito antigo e sem manutenção. Durante nossa estadia o Elevador quebrou, faltou agua, faltou luz e a Recepção não e das mais simpáticas. Café continental bem pobre mesmo para um hotel dias estrelas. Limpeza okay mas de resto não é bom.

La atención de todo el personal excelente (Flavia, Niki, María y el personal que atendía en el desayuno). Desde la amabilidad hasta la buena predisposición para contarte qué hacer o cómo trasladarte. La habitación con vista al lago increíble. Desayuno abundante. Encima cuenta con una cocina y heladera de uso común. El agua con buen caudal y temperatura. Excelente ubicación. Las áreas comunes muy lindas y confortables. Buena conectividad, hasta en la habitación!!! Volveríamos a elegirlos!

Hotel péssimo. Ficamos no apartamento, cheiro de mofo insuportável e colocam perfume pra disfarçar. As paredes sao todas mofadas, tem um quarto com beliches que nao da pra ficar devido ao cheiro. Banheiros horriveis, descarga quebrada, um monte de encanamentos aparentes. Cheiro forte de gás! As imagens nao condizem com a realidade. Camas com colchões molengos, dá medo de dormir nesse lugar. O elevador parece que vai despencar. Eles alegam ser 2 estrelas, mas na verdade não sao nenhuma, muitos hoteis melhores com o mesmo preço, pessimo! Horrivel!!!! Nao fiquem la!

Nuestra estadía fue muy amena gracias a la atención del personal. Los recepcionistas y chicas del desayuno dispuestos a ayudar. Lindo ambiente para charlas con otras personas. Buena ubicación cerca del centro (calle salta). La habitación triple privada cómoda y buena calefacción. El baño y la limpieza podría mejorar.

MUQUIFO: Jamais vá a este hotel, não estrague as suas férias em Bariloche: nosso quarto tinha mofo logo na parede da entrada, 6 andar e um elevador velho que cabem mal 2 malas; banheiro com vazamentos, mofo nas paredes, colchoes velhos e molengos, estrado de cama quebrado, cheiro insuportável e péssimo atendimento. E o pior: pagamos mais caro que os melhores hotéis dos arredores. E por fim: na primeira manhã tinha um cheiro muito forte de gás perto da porta do quarto; RISCO de explosão e o gerente falou que era normal. NEVER go to this Hotel: RISK OF EXPLOSION (GAS LEAK). Elevator doesn’t support more tnan 2 luggage; water leak, old matresses, horrible smell, DON’T RUIN YOUR holidays, FOR the same money you can go to basic and higienic and safe places in Bariloche.
